Shipping policy

Alonnie's, LLC uses third party shipping. Products are typically shipped via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to the delivery location. Shipping options will be offered at the time of purchase via the online shopping cart. Currently, standard shipping is free for all U.S.A orders. Alonnie's, LLC reserves the right to change shipping cost at anytime without notice. At that time, charges will be calculated based on the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method, and delivery location. Actual shipping methods may change from what the purchaser selected at checkout. The most cost-effective form of delivery will be used to save the customer money. If, for some reason, the cost of shipping is more than what was quoted at check-out, the customer will not be charged the difference. At this time, priority shipping cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Most orders will be shipped within four business days once placed through the fulfillment system, not necessarily at the time of purchase. Alonnie's, LLC uses partners with various manufacturers, wholesalers, and fulfillment centers. Customers may experience excessive wait times for items shipped under extenuating circumstances. In addition, on rare occasions, orders may arrive in multiple delivery packages. Customers will be unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

We ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:

  • USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
    EU Fulfillment (Limited Items Currently): 2-3 Business days for Germany, 3-10 Business days for the rest of the EU, 5-20 Business days for International. 
  • Europe/International (UPS): 5-12 business days (Excluding Greenland, longer transit time.)
  • Europe/International Priority (Shopify Stores Only, FedEx): 4-6 business days
    Available for the following countries: Germany, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Greenland. (Greenland transit time about 15 days)
